It can be reserved through Bizum, Paypal, bank transfer. It is then finalized in cash payment on the day of the activity on the boat.
What do I have to bring?
It is advisable to wear comfortable clothing, some windbreakers, soft and comfortable shoes, ideally Crocs type (if available), otherwise any soft shoe can work, as well as a suitable coat for the season of the year. Also, if we do not have experience in sailing, it is advisable to take a biodramine pill 1 hour before the start of the activity. This is available in any pharmacy and is very useful to reduce dizziness.
If I have any problem, can I cancel?
Yes, you can cancel at least 24 hours in advance for short navigations of less than 3 hours. and one week in advance for activities from 3 hours onwards at no charge.

Cancellations of activities lasting more than 3 hours with less than a week's notice will incur a charge of 50% of the value of the activity.

In the event that sea conditions worsen significantly, we can also cancel at least 36 hours in advance.

Can I do a personalized activity?
Can I do a personalized activity? Of course, our goal is to try to ensure that each crew member has the best possible experience, which is why before each outing we contact each crew member to understand what wishes and expectations they have and thus jointly develop an action plan.

Will we sail or motor?

During the crossings, whenever the weather conditions allow it and the crew desires it, we try to sail, the sailboat is more efficient, faster and quieter when sailing. Due to regulations and safety, both entering and exiting the port, it is mandatory to use the engine, as well as to do so at a speed of no more than 3 knots.

Is sailing suitable for people with reduced mobility?

While we strive to accommodate all our guests, please note that due to the physical demands and the layout of the sailboat, this activity may not be suitable for individuals with limited mobility. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and are happy to discuss alternative options to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone

What is the minimum number of people to do an activity?

The minimum amount is two, but if you are alone and want to do an activity you can get in touch. and we will find you a sunset experience in which someone else has signed up.

How safe is a sailboat?

Sailboats are considered the safest boats due to a key differential element "the daggerboard", a piece that extends downward from the hull of the boat. The centerboard helps keep the sailboat stable, preventing it from capsizing even in extreme rough sea conditions.
